To celebrate Harmony Day, the Library will host a special event with a presentation of Noongar language in song with a Wanjoo (Welcome song) workshop.
The two workshops, at 9.30am and at 10.30am will be run by multi-award winning music duo, Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse – are aimed at keeping Noongar language and culture alive by teaching people the Wanjoo (Welcome Song).
These workshops which will combine songs in Noongar language with storytelling to engage both adults and children in a fun way.
